~Roots have been used to dissolve kidney stones as well as treat many other urinary disorders.  The roots and leaves are diuretic,stimulant,tonic and astringent; Native Americans used the fruit for red and pink dye~

~Our plants stay in the ground until they are ready to ship.  We do not use any fertilizers or pesticides.  Sometimes we water our plants with comfrey compost tea from our own homegrown comfrey plants, but this plant is quite hardy on its on, thriving in really wet or dry conditions~ 

~Roots shipped out are bare root and look similar to the one in the photo. Sometimes 2 are shipped if the plants are on the smaller side.  The plants are anywhere from 2-5 years old.
